Test generation for specification test of analog circuits using efficient test response observation methods
In this paper, a new automated test generation approach for specification testing of analog circuits using test point selection and efficient analog test response waveform capture methods for enhancing the test accuracy is proposed. The proposed approach co-optimizes the construction of a multi-tone sinusoidal test stimulus and the selection of the best set of test response observation points. ...
متن کاملDesign and Test of New Robust QCA Sequential Circuits
One of the several promising new technologies for computing at nano-scale is quantum-dot cellular automata (QCA). In this paper, new designs for different QCA sequential circuits are presented. Using an efficient QCA D flip-flop (DFF) architecture, a 5-bit counter, a novel single edge generator (SEG) and a divide-by-2 counter are implemented. Also, some types of oscillators, a new edge-t...
متن کاملSpecification of photonic circuits using quantum hardware description language
Following the simple observation that the interconnection of a set of quantum optical input-output devices can be specified using structural mode VHSIC hardware description language, we demonstrate a computer-aided schematic capture workflow for modelling and simulating multi-component photonic circuits. We describe an algorithm for parsing circuit descriptions to derive quantum equations of mo...
متن کاملSpecification - Based Test Case Generation Using Dependency
Testing represents a crucial phase in the development of a software system, often requiring considerable effort and resources. Our purpose is to offer a novel approach for generating test cases, based on requirements specification. We make use of scenarios used in the requirements specification phase, taking into consideration the various relationships that can exist between scenarios.
متن کاملFace Recognition Using M−Band Wavelet Analysis
In this paper, we propose a new facial recognition algorithm based on wavelet analysis. M−Band wavelets are used to decompose face images intoM frequency levels. The efficiency of this approach is tested using the eigenface procedure for face recognition. Along with signal decomposition, Wavelet methods allow for data compression, thus reducing computational efforts.
